WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE, Grand Prairie, TX, Full Time

Duties:

Receiving, counting, tracking inventory, material handling, packaging, operating
forklift and/or pallet jack.
Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Properly store and stack package goods in and around the warehouse. Monthly inventory
counting on all products, bulk and package.
Unload semi trucks with raw materials (using pallet jack or forklift)
Stacking boxes and bundling items for shipping to clients
Strapping pallets and loading delivery truck
Cleaning warehouse areas as needed
Must be able to be available for work as early as 6 am or as late as 8 pm, Monday through
Friday. Occasional work on Saturday may be necessary.
Must have the ability to understand and be in compliance with all rules associated with the safe
handling and transportation of hazardous materials.
Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening, as well as
a HPE (Human Performance Evaluation) to ensure that you can safely perform physical job

Minimum Requirements:

OUTSIDE MATERIAL HANDLER, Orlando, FL, Full Time

Duties

Responsible for the movement of products of materials between buildings as determined by the Receiving Manager.
Responsible for keeping accurate inventory through the company computer inventory system and through reporting physical locations.
Responsible for moving products between the buildings as instructed.
Loading or unloading trucks outside and inside the Warehouse.
Assist with organizing the materials on hand as directed by the Material Handler Supervisor and the Receiving Manager.
Monitor inventory levels as directed.
Report maintenance issues on forklifts or combi’s to the Outside Material Handler Supervisor or Receiving Manager.
Responsible for compliance of safety equipment on forklifts and completing any safety daily checklists on the forklifts or combi’s.
Perform general forklift maintenance as necessary.
Report the need of any necessary repairs to the Material Handler Supervisor Receiving Manager.
Adhere to all safety or OSHA rules, policies and procedures as it pertain to this position.
Any other duties as assigned.

GREENHOUSE PROJECT COORDINATOR, City Of Industry, CA, Full Time

Duties:

Assist the senior project manager and project managers in managing and coordinating the schedules for the crews or subcontractors for the greenhouse lines.Create and maintain projects in construction management software.Work with project managers to drive projected timelines.Prepare contracts for subcontractors for the greenhouse lines.Assist with booking equipment needed for each job and book equipment for the crews or subcontractors.Assist with customer service calls as needed.Assist project managers with responsibilities that may include the following:Keep in touch with customersReview and confirm any details on the ordersMake sure order is correct before it gets shipped outManage and coordinate schedules for repairs or rework.On a daily basis move the orders through the system, assist in assigning orders to Project Managers if needed.Scheduling shipping and installation of all greenhouse orders.Monitor orders on shipping schedule to ensure release is timely prior to ship date.Be involved in team meetings to discuss shipping schedules at least two times a week.Assist the office clerk with any other tasks and fill in as a back up in different areas.Create or review reports for that departmentAdhere to all safety company rules and OSHA regulations.Any other tasks as assigned by manager.
